Can I cancel or change an order i just placed?

Orders are prepared for production very quickly, usually after 1 hour. Theoretically, it is possible to change the personalization or cancel the order within 24 hours. Please contact us at this e-mail info@zanacraft.com and include your order number in the message. Orders ready for shipment or shipped cannot be canceled or changed.

How will I know my order is being processed?

We send a message to the e-mail address provided in the order with confirmation of the order. As well as you will receive a message with information that the order has been sent with the tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

How long do I have to wait for my order to ship?

Each product in our store is produced by handcrafted for specific orders. Handmade production takes time so that your jewelry is of the highest quality. Production time is 2-4 days a year but we usually try to ship your order within 2-3 business days. 

If you expect a shorter production time, please contact us or provide such information in the order. We will contact you if it is not possible to complete the order in a shorter time.

When can I expect delivery of my orders?

Can I engrave my logo or graphics or have the engraving in a different layout than in the products?

Virtually anything can be engraved. The only limit can be a very complex drawing.

If the design is not too complicated, the price for individual engraving will be the same as the selected product on which the engraving is to be made.

If you want to engrave a logo or graphics, send us a graphic file in EPS, CDR, PDF in vector or a good quality JPG, PNG ( the files should be black and white. The higher the file resolution, the more accurate the engraving will be ).

If you want to engrave text or initials in another font, please send us the font name or file with the font (we have over 5000 fonts in our database if the font you want to use is paid and we do not have it in our database, please send a file with this font) .

Along with the file / font, please provide a brief description and attach to the message a link to the product on which you want to do personalization.

We will contact you and if the engraver is feasible, we will send the design for approval.

Can we do a corporate advertising product with your company logo?

Yes we can, we have extensive experience in the production and preparation of advertising products for companies for promotional campaigns. Many brands have already trusted us, such as: Oracle, Microsoft, Palmolive, TVN CNBS, Total and many other companies.

How long is the warranty on Zana Design products?

We provide a 24-month warranty on all products. But if something happens to the product after this time, please write to us and send us a photo and we will try to help.

How do I keep my silver jewelry from tarnishing?

Unfortunately, tarnishing is a natural reaction that occurs when sterling silver silver or gold plated silver is exposed to oxygen. This is usually manifested by darker spots on sterling silver or gold plated silver. The best way to avoid tarnishing is to store your jewelry in a storage box or ziplock bag in a cool, dry place. For the care of jewelry, it is best to use special cloths for silver or a cotton cloth, for example, such as those used for cleaning glasses.
