Our Return & Exchange Policy

Most companies that offer custom engraved items do not allow returns – but we’re not like most companies. We want awesome reviews from every single one of our customers, whether you’re satisfied or not. Take a look at the following scenarios to get more information regarding your return or exchange:

  • OUR MISTAKE – If an item you purchased is unsatisfactory due to an error or mistake from our company during production, we will happily refund or replace the order within 3-7 days of the purchase free of charge.
  • YOUR MISTAKE – If an item you created has misspelled text or a misplaced graphic, we will replace the item within 3-7 days of the purchase for a 50% from value of order – engraving & handling fee. Don’t worry, nobody is perfect…
  • DEFECTIVE PRODUCT – If an item you purchased is defective, we will happily replace the order within 3-7 days of the purchase free of charge.
  • UGLY PRODUCT – If you’ve created something and you just don’t like it, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. We do not cover transport costs.



Do I Need to Return The Item?

Most cases Nope. We trust you. Since everything we sell is customized, these items cannot be re-sold or re-engraved so there’s no sense in wasting your time. Go ahead and re-gift it. Except if you don’t like the product and want to return it.

How to report a problem with a product

Send us a message about your wish to submit a return or complaint to this e-mail address: info@zanacraft.com.
In the event that the product is damaged or there is an error in personalization, attach photos of the product to the message.

Unfortunately we do not cover returns postage cost so recommend that you return your items via registered post. Return postage is at your own cost and risk.
The returned goods need to be unworn, in their original packaging. If we feel an item has been worn or shows signs of wear no refund will be processed.
